  • Each person selects one dish and you will learn to prepare and cook your dish with your group in class and share your creations. 
  • If you are in small class we will add extra dishes. 
  • You will not learn just one dish but you will learn many more dishes in the class chosen by other participants. 
  • If you are vegetarian and most dishes are non-vegetarian dishes, we will buy ingredients and make vegetarian versions of those dishes to accommodate your diet. 
  • Email us your choices when you are confirming your booking together with your hotel name and room number for pick up! 

Please let us know if you have any allergies to any of the ingredients in the dishes, we will use different ingredients in these cases.
