Welcome to Green Bamboo Cooking School in Hoi An, Vietnam. We offer small personalised cooking classes and delicious home cooked meals. Learn to cook from an interesting selection of traditional recipes including the Hoi An specialty, Cau Lau (pictured above). (Green Bamboo Menu options.)
