Green Bamboo Cooking School in Hoi An offers a unique cookery class experience. Run by mutli-lingual Vietnamese chef Van, this class gives a fabulous insight into Vietnamese culinary skills in a friendly and relaxed setting.
Van opened the cooking school in 2010 as a natural extension of the hospitality she's been offering visitors to Hoi An for years, Van is the perfect hostess with a deep knowledge about Vietnam and what is most interesting to foreigners.
This wonderful course is suitable for both experienced cooks wanting to learn new techniques or amateur chefs who simply want a fun day out.
We will pick you up around 8 am to 8: 30am at your hotel in Hoi An. (Danang hotel private pick-up is available at an extra charge. Pick-up time is before 8am.)
You will then tour the local market with Van to buy fresh ingredients and learn more about local produce. After the market visit, we head back to Green Bamboo Cookery School to cook your variety of local dishes of your choice of choice from our menu.
You will have plenty of hands on participation.
